I'm trying to get Sky Broadband but I can't sign up online as I was a customer within the last 18 months. They also haven't provided a phone number so I've no idea how to get the service connected!

Has anyone called their sales recently and could share the number?

Hey all, wondering if any Sky F&F people can help me.

I used to get F&F through work (not Sky directly) the internal rewards system has changed and now points me via a reward system where there's currently an offer for TV and Sports UHD for £43 (not the best but ok) however when I click through it just seems to be to a standard package builder.

Closest I can get to the deal is Sky Stream with non HD Sports for £43. Is there a better way for me to be trying this? All I'm after is Sky Q with HD Sports for as little as possible. TYIA

Kindly ask Mischief for a code. I believe you can get Sky stream, entertainment with sports and netflix for £33.

If it's not too cheeky I'd love a code if there's one available MissChief. I had read the first post but thought there might be a way to do it myself with the almost discount portal I had.

Assuming you're a proper F&F member do you happen to know if Q is still an option over Stream? I'm sure my internet is plenty good enough (900/300 FTTP) but coming from Q I'd rather keep the on box recording.

I have no codes for Q discounts I'm afraid, it's all Stream or Glass these days.

Ah that's a shame. Just done some reading and sounds like it's really not for me. May hold off for a bit and see if I get targeted by win back first then. Would you mind if I stick my head back in here in a month or so and come begging again if I've been unsuccessful?

Shops and the mall stores are doing stream, 1 box, sports, cinema, uhd, ad skip, kids for £49 right now with no upfront fee. Obviously not Q and need broadband, cracking deal though.

Does anyone know how previous customers can order Stream? If I try to place an order online it says it can't be processed and gives me a phone number that a computerised voice answers, telling me to check the website.

The guys in the shops of mall stores will process it for you, hopefully one close enough to whwre you live, you can check on the website.

@MissChief any advice. I signed up about 4 years ago thanks to a link or code from you. All had been good but all offers have come to and end and they wanted £84 a month.
I checked online and they have sky stream, the same packages I have included and it was coming to £50pm.

I called expecting it to be relatively easy to get onto a similar deal but no such look. I would have thought they would want to give existing customer the same deal or at least very close to it.

So I told them to cancel. Is there a chance they will call and offer me any better deals?
