SLEEP - when do you start, how long, and when do you get up?

I try to be in bed by 11 and up around 5 ..never have a good nights sleep always half awake .. then I'm always stiff and sore when I do wake up ..
even spent £1400 on a bed helps but not much ..
stress and life style play a huge part in how we sleep .. I work split shifts so always active ..body just wont shut down ..
 
1230/1 earliest and up around 6. If it's not a school night, usually 3/4 and up by 930. My brain/body is weird and seems to know I have the next day off. I manage 1230/1 every time I have work the next day, but if I know I don't have work, I can not get to bed that early at all.

I suffer from RLS so some nights i can go to bed at 9/10pm and still be awake around 3/4am I then have to get up at 7:30/8 ish for work, other nights i will go to bed around midnight and sleep just fine, it's bloody annoying and not much i can do about it.
 
Fallen in to a 2 - 9 sleeping pattern but need to start going to bed earlier. Always seem to be the most motivated at night though :rolleyes:

Btw OP this better not be some ruse to know when to burgle our houses! :p
 
Aim to be in bed by 23.00 to be asleep by 23.30 ish. Get up at 6.55. Aim for minimum of 7 hours where possible.
 
I tend to be in bed before midnight then sleep through until 9. I need a minimum of 8 hours otherwise I cannot function.
 
I go to bed whenever, sleep for 8 hours pretty much to the dot, and wake up. Doesnt really matter when I go to bed I just sleep for 8 hours.
 
I tend to go to sleep about 11, get woken up a couple times during the night by my daughter, and then I'm awake at 6. If she slept through I'd be alright, but months of broken sleep is murder.
 
Go to sleep anywhere between 11:30-12:30 weekdays, as late as 2-3am on weekends. Wake up at about 7am either way.

I am tired most of the time but I hate spending the last part of the day sleeping.
 
Bed usually somewhere between 11pm and 1am. Wake somewhere between 0530 and 06:30. Having 3 kids has ruined my ability to sleep.
 
Normally I try to go to sleep between 22:00 and 23:00 .... the problem is that if I'm going into the office then my alarm rings at 04:45 and I'm out of the house by 05:30. If I'm working from home then I can avoid getting up until 07:00 though.

Generally I'm knackered ...
