Anyone managed to successfully claim for the Google voucher?
I keep getting the 'Unfortunately, you haven't selected an eligible purchase date. For more information, check our Terms' message, even though I actually purchased from Samsung on 15/08

Yes I am getting the same error. I purchased 16/08. Cannot get any further.
 
I can only get it to proceed by selecting the 11th Aug. Any date after that doesn't work. So maybe its a time since purchase thing, eg it might not work till Monday for me as bought on 14th.

Just claimed for the voucher they do make it a ballache tho as always with Samsung promo's

My galaxy Watch 4 studio came today. Just the studio band in the box. Watch comes with no band attached.

Where do you guys share your pictures from to upload here?
 
The strap is expensive but better designed than last years version. My black watch3 strap sides peeled after 6 months. It wasn't the leather but a plastic edging of sorts. In the end I just pulled the rest off, it didn't seem to serve a purpose. It's also far thicker, which I prefer.
 
Claim site is all fixed - just ran through the claim for watches purchased on 14th & 15th without any issue.
You do get a "Sorry, serial number not recognised" error, but then you just click continue anyway and it continues.
I'm hoping I didn't misread the process, I've taken a photo of the front of the watch with my serial number & model number displaying as opposed to the rear of the watch - hoping that is accepted, it did seem to indicate that was OK.
Both claims submitted and I've received the "thank you......waiting to process.....check evidence......" emails for them both.

Did you know you can actually take screenshot on the watch rather than taking a photo of the screen?
