still can not get 4g lte to work with 02 samsung watch 4 any help please
Here goes i will try.
1)make sure to unlink the mobile network from your old smartwatch(if you have one)
2) Make sure to reset your old smartwatch from the watch.
3)make sure to remove the old watch from the Samsung wearable app
4)When you install your new smartwatch it comes to a point when you add the accounts. do not use a backup. jsut try and start the watch from fresh.
5)make sure your Samsung account is added and your main google account is added.
A problem i have had in the past was upgrading from the Samsung watch 46 to the active 2. Was somehow the old esim stuck, so in effect, i had 2 esims on my galaxy active 2 this caused a load of problems. ring up 02 and check they have the correct EID, and IME number listed on your account for the watch. this is what caused me problems iun the past.
Sometimes when you get a new smartwatch the old EID and IME can get stuck. thus when your new watch tries to activate. it cant because it thinks your old one is still active.
Try uninstalling the samsung wearable app and the pluggin. and resetting your watch. then restart your phone and start a fresh install.
