Smartwatch Thread (news/apps/updates)

Having owned all 3 of the main ones, I would say the LG G Watch R, but it's mainly down to which you like the look of. I think if the Moto 360 didn't have the flat tyre, I would have said that.

Well I'm due to jump back on the Android bandwagon shortly and will be using my Leather Strapped LG G Watch...have to admit I've missed the convenience of Android Wear more than I thought I would.

I'll look into picking up something in the states this year as I'm there twice and it's ultimately much cheaper. Is the G Watch R quite bulky? Always something I've been concerned with.

Love mine, battery life is excellent, getting 3 days out of a single charge using it for 16yrs a day.

What magic is this? 16 years in a single day?

I have to admit the Huawei actually looks pretty decent, a tad more minimal yet still looking very smart. Still happy with my R though, especially now I replaced the band with a metal one.

Just saw this about the Huawei Watch

"Update: UK retailer Mobile Fun just reached out to us to confirm its own pricing for the Huawei watch. The device will cost £300 in silver or black, and £350 in gold. That seems to confirm these new prices are accurate, though we’re still waiting for the new smartwatch to get an official launch here in the U.S." from technobuffalo

If true a bit too steep for me :(
