Smartwatch Thread (news/apps/updates)

Anyone else suffered the dreaded cracks on the back of the Moto 360? Mine has just started to so signs of starting, small atm but sure to grow. Will wait a little while longer before contacting support. Terrible design for something that is clearly going to come under a certain amount of stress as a wearable.

Can anyone tell me how strong the Moto 360 vibration is?I'm buying it for someone who needs to take pills multiple times a day and I dont want her to miss doses, have read some say they miss notifications because vibration is weak?

I would say it isn't that powerful at all and I wouldn't rely on it, I've missed a few notifications due to not feeling the vibration.
I have installed an app though that now does repeat vibrations and you can also set how long it vibrates for which makes it much better

It can be a bit weak/short for notifications sometimes although I don't miss many, but if you set an alarm (or multiple alarms) they just keep buzzing until cancelled and also wake the screen up so it's pretty hard to miss.

Edit: What's the app ScoobyDoo?

All you pujie users. ... How do you send it to the watch ?

Once it's installed on the watch, you'll see it in the Android Wear app's "Watch faces" section. Alternatively on the watch itself go to "Settings" -> "Change watch face". Then once you've set Pujie black as the watch face, you can go into the Pujie black app on your phone to customise it.

EDIT: After having it for a few months now, there is one feature I'm looking for. I usually have my earphones connected to my phone while using Poweramp Remote to access my music, so my phone stays in my pocket pretty much all the time. However, when I get a call, I still need to get my phone out for the microphone even though the sound is still coming out of my wearphones. Why can't we use the watch as the microphone? Would mean I don't need to get my phone out at all :p.

Tried all that. Just uninstalled and reinstalled and that fixed it.

I have had the Pebble Steel which I loved but the one thing that I really want is the ability to delete emails using the watch and the emails are deleted on my phone/server. Is that possible with Android Wear? I use Gmail and Nine as my email clients.

If I go for one then the LG G Watch R is what I will get.

There's an archive option for Gmail, but only for new emails.
