SNES Mini Classic

still trying to get a second for my sister - nipped into Tesco and Sainsbury's this morning and had no luck... going to try Argos and Game at 9am... not sure which to go for first, I'm presuming most people would be trying Game first ergo maybe I should go for the contrarian option of Argos... (though I did try an instore Argos just now inside a Sainsbury's and the bloke at the counter had never heard of the snes mini and managed to mistype 'super' when trying to look it up on the computer instore... if the main Argos has employees mostly like that then I'm probs better off going to Game first)

my pre-ordered one is supposed to be arriving sometime after 11am today

Argos is showing no stock in my local ones even though one near store did but when I proceeded it became out of stock so I must have just missed it. Will pop into my local game and give that a check after dropping the kid off at school. Not in a rush so can wait for future stock. Was more of a megadrive kid anyway :p

Actually that is a point, are there supposed to be further batches of this released in weeks to come? I might nip down to game as the Argos stock checker is sporadically showing stock which promptly disappears. Though this may all be a bit pointless if there are due to be further stock updates in due course as I have a console arriving today and this second one is simply being purchased as a Christmas present.

I had a mega drive too as a kid, which I shared with my sister, that is part of the reason why I'd be quite keen to get a snes (and get her one for Christmas) as I missed out a bit on it aside from sometimes playing on the one belonging to the kids down the road.
 
I couldn't get it to show up at all on the argos website just when I was being nosey, it did however have a wireless 'hori' controller which half tempted me - thirty quid though.

Sat at work impatiently waiting for Royal mail to post mine, they had better leave it in the porch and not take it to some dopey collection centre.
