Kami and Sextup, you sound like you're doing great and don't let the looper come between you. I'd be very surprised if she only just found out after 2 months and she probably is blagging it. However, as you've said, and we're all being meany keyboard psychiatrists

Well Sextup and I went away for our valentine's weekend (was fantastic, romantic and exausting!) and apparently my ex-GF has now decided to have the baby. I won't hold it against her but I can't be a father to a child I never wanted with someone I can't stand. Not that I'm convinced it even exists and this isn't all just made up, still all on her word and I'm no longer bothered about even talking to her. If she is pregnant I'll see her next at the paternity test (or not if I can avoid it), then I'll pay maintenance if that's what she wants and the childi s proven to be mine. I know it may sound calous and selfish but I won't tie myself to a woman I don't love, a child I don't want and a relationship that will never work because of bad luck which lead to a pregnancy.

Other than that I'm looking forward to a future with my current and very gorgeous girlfriend - sextup

thanks for all your support and banter peeps, much appreciated and it cheered us both up prior to us going away. Once we were away we erm cheered each other up (and tired each other out*)

I just hope if a child does come out of it, and it is proved to be yours, that you're a little less callous - bad luck happens - don't punish the child.

I dont think it is being callous, I think it is being honest. She asked how he felt and what he thought and he told her. I don't see how lying could have made it any better for anyone, at least she is under no illusions as to where they both stand in his eyes. Maybe he will want contact with it after the birth, but at least he is not saying he will be there for her and then not be.

Kami is one of the softest people I have ever met and all this has been so difficult for him. Difficult for her aswell, but then she still loves him and the ultimate decision rests with her.
