I just sported my jacket over my shirt for the whole day.

I think it's just Karma for when I ended up turning up in a bright orange Flintstones t-shirt for a class photo in my infant school.
 
Im so confused.

You want to wear trainers, but you arent allowed. So what are you hoping to do, get this thread printed off, stamp your feet like a toddler having a tantrum and get your mum to say yes?

Is the fact these trainers are velcro (you know, like you had when you were 3 and couldnt do laces) a key point in identifying the fact your being a tard over this?
 
Its a supermarket (I also work for Tesco).
A fair few staff have visible neck tattoos and those ear tunnel things that look like their ears have been put into a hole puncher and they don't get sent home.

I would just go in whatever you feel like:)
 
So the place where you work, with your mummy, is having a "non uniform day", which is something primary schools do...

What inspired you to post about this? Do you not feel like a 6 year old?

What's wrong with velcro on trainers?

I don't understand this anyway, a non-uniform day where they restrict what you can wear, doesn't that defeat the point?

And then, why would you not comply to this, there seems no logical reason other than adolecent rebellion or your looking for an argument.
