I've been doing this with my ex (hey guys look at me i'm having sexual intercourse IRL, with a woman and everything). And at some point it's going to get really awkward when I find my next girlfriend (hey guys look she wasn't just a fluke because I'm acting confident about being able to get another one). So I feel bad, but I can't help it because when she comes round and snuggles with me on the couch I get a boner thinking about how naughty it'd be if we had sex. Then I've got to do something with that boner, and my cat is normally out when she's around*.
