Sent my xbox 360 off about two weeks ago to get fixed, really easy process, filling out an online form, UPS came and picked it up, got several emails updating me.

Received it this morning ! Hooked it all back up, And... three red rings again :) thanks Microsoft !

Any Advice on what to do ? I'm not willing to buy another ( 2nd console already ) and I'm really disappointed with the service, sending me a broken console back.

Call them up and complain, there's nothing more to it really..
 
I honestly don't know what to do about it, I just feel so let down at the minute.
I'll probably give them a phone call tomorrow morning ? Unless they will still be open ?

I've also sent them a polite email asking whats going on.
 
Wow thats a bad service. You probably have been sent one of my many many old consoles ;)

I sent one back today. I phoned them up at 11. They emailed the forum to me at 12. I phoned up the automated UPS service and it was picked up a 4.30.

Can't grumble with that really.

I'm gonna buy a 3rd one this week.
 
Ive had 5/6 360's sent back so far. Still not tempted to even consider buying anything else. Just one thing, i had my 360 back this week. It had RROD, i plugged it in and still RROD mega peed off. The console was really cold, i let it warm up. And tried again, and its been fine??
