So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

In the grand scheme of things we are doing well. But when you watch every game it is the inconsistency of performances that has been the trouble for Derby.

Against Brighton, 20 minutes gone, boom, 3-0 up. But Leeds and Boro away, we just didn't create anything. Plenty of possession, but no chances. Those performances are night and day apart.

Great performance that by Boro. Very solid display and just got better in the 2nd half. Let's hope Bournemouth and Ipswich slip up so we can stay top.

Most rumours coming from the club that there is no wish to remove Hyppia.. Lost the plot!

There is also a piece in the mirror about Pulis taking charge, but it's nonsense, with a fair few innacuracies.

Can't wait to play in the Johnstone Paint Trophy again next year!

I can't believe that! Brighton were awful on Friday night, and you can't imagine that'll change any time soon with Sami at the reigns. Think a change needs to be made now, in order to give a new manager a crack at the transfer window.

We eased past Blackburn without getting out of third gear on Saturday. Were all over them first half yet they bagged an undeserved massively deflected equaliser just before half time. It's crazy, over the last 20 years of watching Brentford, I'd have been more than a little unnerved or doubtful that we'd get out nosed back in front at 1-1, but this season I have no worries whatsoever that we'll take 3 points when drawing a game.

Top of the home form league now (although played a game more than a couple of teams), so just hopefully we can improve our away form now. Tricky run now with Cardiff away on Saturday, followed by Ipswich Town at home on Boxing Day and then Wolves away on the 28th. 6 points would do nicely from those, and Boro to beat Ipswich next week would be a big help! :)

Adkins gone, Sami remains... That was lucky tbh, as the amount of animosity at the Amex on boxing day when we play Reading would be unbearable if both Sami and Adkins were present!

This is getting ridiculous now. The three goals we scored today were absolutely incredible, simply fantastic! Learnt a lesson that the game isn't won at 3-0 at half time and we struggled with the long ball up to Kenwyne Jones in the second half, but held on at the end.

The first half was the best I've seen us play since my first game in '92/'93. Two points off top in third, and play Ipswich in second on Boxing Day - got a 6 point cushion over the team in 7th too! Enjoying this Championship lark :)

Killer goal for Wolves today - that has to be a right kick to the stomach for BHA :(

I saw the Stockdale save - Whoa!

After a rocky start, where he really has been quite poor, even being replaced by 19yr old Walton and Al-habsi in on loan, he has stepped up recently, and is becoming a bit of a favourite. He clearly cares more than most, and is apparently well liked in the dressing room.

His twitter is great as well!

... It will take more than that though.

He's still very genuinely liked at Fulham, and most fans were annoyed when he was pretty much forced out by Magath. He's fully committed and at times an absolutely fantastic GK.

Fulham are looking better in the last two games. I think I might love Lasse vigen Christensen. Awesome player.

I said to a mate yesterday that I can see Fulham making a storming charge up the table and even challenging at the top. Bad start but looking very good now, Bournemouth will take some stopping though.

He got a really good reception from Fulham fans when we played them a few weeks back.... Especially compared to Darren Bent, who they despise!
