So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

Blackburn could have quite easily got something from the game today tbh. Having said that though, their tactics are awful. I wouldn't pay to watch that for long! Hoofball with some long throws was pretty much it!

- Speculation that Lewis Dunk will be leaving over the last month
- We reject 2 bids of around 5m from Fulham
- He refuses to play against Southend
- He has been on the bench since then
- We sign 2 new Centrebacks
- He is fined 2 weeks wages
- Signs a new 5 year deal

Awesome:cool:...Great way to do business!

Wonder how recently we were in for him - not sure if Ream was his replacement as we knew we couldn't get him. Oh well, at least we can move on from it now - was getting silly hearing about rejected bids, fines etc.

We've just had to bring in Joe Lewis on loan as sounds like our GK Bettinelli is out for the season :(

We have a pretty solid back 5 now.

Adomah's handed in a transfer request. Looks like he's spat his dummy out over being on the bench against his old club.

I've got 2 views on this. Firstly, Karanka was very naive for changing the team so drastically on Saturday, I understand rotation is necessary and I can understand resting Gibson, but to leave out Kike who's been scoring freely, Fabrinni who's been our most creative player then Adomah who's started the season really well, our forward player was always going to suffer. Especially when the replacements brought in are new to the team.

Secondly, Adomah is just acting like a spoilt kid... and that's pretty much it.

So unless there's more behind the scenes we don't know about (and there probably is), this all looks bad on Adomah right now.

He tore us apart up at their place last season. There's been a few rumours that we're after him; he's local to the area and we were after him before he joined Barnet whilst at Harrow - he had one bad game in a friendly against us and Andy Scott said no  he was such a plonker of a manager.

Can't see the draw of playing for you local side as enough to get him to move to us though, club in supposed crisis that we are! Had 10 days to relay the pitch (semi-artificial apparently) and should be signing Austrian international forwars Djuricin from RB Salzburg today after we missed out on him in January (one of the reasons why Warburton left it seems, as his cronies apparently purposefully screwed up the transfer). Also after Ryan Woods at Shrewsbury, who I've been a fan of for a while.

Hoping for 3 points tomorrow and will then have to find a side to go watch over the international break.

Get in. Signed Elvis Manu from Feyenoord for apparently £1.5m. There was interest from quite a few clubs in higher leagues as well!

Really liking our squad this year after the appalling mess that was last season. Rumours of quite an expensive striker coming in as well. I hope it is true!

Seen some interesting reviews on him from Dutch journalists over the last couple of days - as we were linked briefly based on his Excelsior experience. Seems very talented and quick, but everything I've read points to him being lazy, grumpy and having questionable decision making on the pitch!

Your transfer activity this season looks pretty smart at the moment - pleased for Houghton to be given the necessary support because he's a top coach at this level.

All I know is that he gets a fair few red cards, so it's a thumbs up from me:p...I just hope he is better than the last Dutch waste of oxygen we got- Kemy Agustein.

I think you summed up the move in your third word though- interesting...I imagine it will be!

I'm over the moon with the business we have done so far. 3 years scraping by to comply with FFP, not spending much and relying on loans seems to be over now, and it looks like we are getting pretty serious!

I'd really like to ship a few players out now tbh. Chris O'grady, Colunga(good player, just didn't fit in), Greer(great captain, getting on a bit now though), JFC(just not very good), Chicksen.

Glad we didn't draw although the id of taken it in the second half! What a goal by Wood, he seems a bargain considering other fees spent by a champ sides!

First half we were good but it seems the goal stopped our play and we were under the cosh after Martin scored. Dallas is another super signing for dirt cheap!

Now where's that Derby supporter who's disappeared again?!!!

Chris Wood was a bargain. I think maybe some clubs might have been put off by his scoring record, which isn't stellar tbh, but he is quality at this level.

Plenty of Derby support here chap ;) shame we are under performing so badly. Oh well, give the new manager time.
