So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

Man, it still doesn't feel real that Rafa is staying. I doubt it'll ever sink in. He deserves some sort of military award, IMHO. Many fun away days to come!

Yay, really excited that the season has started, when are the first home games?....Friday night and Tuesday night:rolleyes: Who the hell wants to go and watch football on a Friday night?!
Remember when football used to be on Saturday afternoon.

Plus with the trains being an absolute shambles nobody will be able to get there anyway. Southern have ****ed everyone. It really is a disgrace that has put a real downer on the start to the season that should be really exciting.

Really? I think Friday night is a wicked time to have it, can go to the game and then have the whole weekend to do something else.

Even on a normal friday night I'd struggle to get there in time, but now there is very little chance.

7.45 kick off... No trains after 5pm. Thank you Southern. And thank you Sky.

 No trains after 5pm, what the deuce. Is that the strikes? or do you live in the sticks?

Strikes:(...

Usually extra match day trains going every 15 minutes or so. Now there is very little chance of me being able to get there on Friday, and probably not on Tuesday either. Best I'll be able to do is Park and ride, but they are nowhere near me Unfortunately, and with the strikes they are all pretty much booked up already. I left it a bit too late.

Maybe you're getting our Friday night spot. Think we had something like seven live games on Friday nights last season.

Our season is getting off to an underwhelming start. We've barely scored throughout pre-season and our first eleven is noticeably weaker than last season, and the season before. Plus we're having an early season injury crisis for the consecutive year. Knocked out by Exeter in the EFL Cup this week, with our former German U21 striker being bossed around the pitched by a 15 year old defender making his debut - this kid is still in Year 10 at school! Our cup record is so embarrassing - and offensive to those fans travelling to the games - our last 5 cup games are as follows: W0 D0 L5 GF0 GA9. Can you ****ing believe it! And it involves going out to two clubs in League Two and one in League One.

I'm not a fan of Friday night games either - in a couple of months time they've moved our consecutive Saturday games to the Friday nights in both instances, simply because they're derbies.

Might be a long season for Blackburn.

Lots of people talking about Huddersfield before the season started and I think they will finish quite high. I tipped Bristol City to do well last year and I think I might have been one year out!

I think this will be the most open season yet.

Trains approaching normal tonight so I can actually get to the game... Still I am being ultra cautious and have already left!

Really annoying, the club actually did arrange for Southern to provide their normal service on friday night, so I could have gone but they only announced it at around 6pm(or thats when I got it at least) and by then it was too late for me. Watching on TV there were loads of empty seats so I wasn't the only one.

It really is criminal that Knockaert is playing in the Championship. God I hope we can keep hold of him!

Gonna take a hell of an offer for anyone to get him.

Good win. 6 points in a few days, two home wins, two clean sheets. Mustn't get carried away but a bit disappointed I'm missing Rotherham away on Saturday, despite it being one of the very worst places on earth ;)
