Some here at work just said the bookies have us 8/1 to get promoted and 4/1 to get relegated. Sounds about right
New fixtures out today - annoyingly, I'm missing Villa away as I'm out of the country. First game of the season is away at Huddersfield (future in-laws are big Town fans) which strangely enough was our final fixture of last season. Also, Birmingham away is on the same date as last season, with the Fulham fixture around the same time.
Looking forward to flying up to Newcastle for the away game; only three games in November
but six in December, including playing Norwich twice in a month; January is a bit rubbish for us but the run-in (March, April and the one game in May) works pretty well.
Apparently we should be announcing the signing of three or four once contracts expire next week, with rumours being Romaine Sawyers, John Egan and Daniel Bentley.
Can't wait!

Away to Wednesday first then a mid week away to Luton for the Villa then. Happy with that, season ticket renewed, new manager and also new beer sold at VP now!

Haha - desperately bringing hasbeens out of retirement!
Bentley seems to be the most sought after goalkeeping prospect outside the Premier League. Looks a very decent player.
No idea who we have in the pipeline, though that is nothing new as the club do everything very privately.
Only priorities are the following-
Keep hold of Goldson and Dunk, which won't be easy as Goldosn will eventually be a top, top player!
Keep Knockaert and Kayal
Add a quick striker to replace Baldock.
So really the only business we need to do is sign a striker, or preferably two for depth. As usual, a practically unknown foreign striker will probably be signed for a few million. They have turned out ok in the past though.
Only priorities are the following-
