So, the Championship season has started **Spoilers**

Only 3 points of play off positions, nice! We need some attacking players in the Jan transfer window if possible, we're poor in the final 3rd, a few loans from Prem clubs would be nice..

Aye, we need to learn to create more and be a lot more clinical when we get in dangerous positions. For the first time in years I have trust in our defence to do a job, we need to get Bartley and Jansson signed up permanent ASAP.

Would be great to off-load some deadwood and buy a Championship winger and striker.

Yep, i agree. Two decent cb's, half decent gk, for championship anyway. Good lb, decent rb, some good cm's, if we could get Cook back from Bournemouth, that would be awesome. A winger and a striker would be ideal, a left footed winger preferable, we're lacking left footed players. And i'd like an agile playmaking striker of some sort.

Spot on, really impressed by our signings so far. The only signing that's not quite done it for me yet is Roofe, but I'm hoping he's just adjusting to Championship football.

I'd like Fraizer Campball or Will Grigg generally as backup for Wood and Alan Judge or Adam Hammill to give us some different options winger-wise. We can be a tad predictable and struggle to create without Dallas in the team. Not sure how much spending power we have though? Probably not enough for the guys I've mentioned, but I can dream... We need to offload the deadwood as a matter of urgency to gather the funds.

Who do you want in now Zenga's gone?

We've missed the boat with warnock and Bruce which I'm kinda gutted about.

But would happily take a punt on people like mcdermott, allardyce(v.unlikely), Tim sherwood; surely can't be worse than any of some of those linked already.

The one I'd like to see is Karl Robinson; he did a good job on a restricted budget so would be good to see what he would do with the investment we've received

Indeed, Colin always seems to do a job. Personally I really rate McDermott, he was treated awfully by us and Reading. Really hope he does get the job and does well.

Zenga... :D.

Agree, I cannot stand Colin most of the time (as I've said many times before) but actually think he is an good Championship manager. Bruce is a bit more likeable (and he's a published author, something we have in common) and again, is a good Championship manager. They both suffer from too often being 'found' out in the top division.

However; Wolves are not desperate enough to appoint Sherwood.

Wednesday appointed an obscure foreign manager and he is working wonders.

I think Robinson's a good young manager (it is all relative) and I have quite a lot of time for him, despite MK Don's antics last season. As long as he is given more time than Zenga, he could work out well.

I went to a fans forum about safe standing the other day. It was very interesting. Looks like we will be going big for it down here. It isn't something I really know much about tbh, but everyone seems quite happy about it.

I think it is on YT if anyone wants to watch it. Interesting not just for Brighton fans

I think it's a great idea. We're looking into it for our new stadium - we've still got terracing at one end of our ground, whilst the bottom tier of our away end is standing. It adds an awful lot of atmosphere to games, and the away fans love the standing experience.

Cracking goal from Gallagher in the 5:30 kick off, glad the fans are protesting against those ***** Venkys, doubt it'll do a lot, we've been protesting for years.

Glenn Murray scored an absolute peach against Wednesday this season; it was disallowed for offside, he's a good 'old fashioned' forward in my opinion, solid target man.

Derby... who have been absolutely ******* terrible this season and we cannot score against them and once again are punished. Wednesday are far from the finished article, too many players in unnatural positions, playing a system they are not comfortable with, and too many players out of form.

4-3-3 please, please. Hell, I would even take 4-2-3-1, just not this terrible 4-3-1-2.
