I do fid it funny how my CPU has beaten some opterons and x2 3800's
My chip is an intel 2.8Ghz dual core @ 3.2Ghz

Maybe it is a Pentium D? If it is, you could overclock it to 4ghz and still be beaten Those are kinda crappy hot and slow


It kinda goes like Intel Core 2 > AMD64s > All netburst CPUs

how come my ram (2gb corsair c5 6400 overclocked to just over 900mhz) only scores 4.8 and everyone elses system is getting over 5?!? my next lowest thing is my wd raptor with 5.5

interestingly, yesterday it told me I had new hardware and said I should do a retest. For some reason the processor score went from 5.3 to 5.5

(although the last time I tested it was before turning off SpeedStep)

Gotta be happy with that I guess. Although its bumped up cos I overclocked my cpu to 3ghz. otherwise it was 5.3 or something.

I cant quite remember what i got for each individual component, but the lowest score i got was 4.3 on my CPU... so overall score = 4.3

The rest of my rig was rated 5 or above... just CPU letting me down.
