Indeed but it's the only place politics or other news items get debated, so you must wear your hazmat suit just to talk about these important subjects. I wish they'd bring everything back to GD.

Pretty poor forum area tbh. Definition of a circle jerk, easy to get banned because its fine for people to gang up on people and subject them to endless in jokes, bickering, nit picking and the like....but come back with a strong opinion or some other rubbish and bam.
Inconsistent moderation and some probably deeply autistic individuals (or at least hugely intense) made it a pointless endeavor.
Then again my somewhat shoddy English had caused problems elsewhere so I'm definitely a bit to blame...

In the illegal immigration thread after a bunch of posts blaming brexit for all of the countries woes, I said to let it go and move on. I was given a weeks forum ban for that alone. The regime didn't like it I guess.
I just stay clear now.

Seems a bit pathetic to throw that in there as some sort of negative about that section of the forum. Why would there be any difference in SC compared to other parts of the forum? It's no surprise that there are still such terrible attitudes in society towards autism and other mental disorders.
