Who will people rent from if you can only own 1 property?
 
1) Remove all existing benefits/welfare payments.
2) Implement universal basic income for all natives.
3) Implment universal basic utilities for natives. (Your first X elec / gas / water used each year is free)
4) Compulsory purchase orders and building of much more nuclear power. Who cares if youre a NIMBY, we need long term power security for all.
5) Remove barriers and objections to implementing solar power / wind farms.
6) Fix income/profit taxation rules to be much more basic and equal to all. Eg, everyone pays a flat 30% on anything over the UBI you earn or profits generated as a business.
7) Free higher education.
8) Increase speed limits.
10) Reduce / remove foreign aid.
11) Stricter immigration / asylum laws.
12) More accountability and transparency for all public funds and contracts.
13) Building of social care "hotels" to free up NHS beds.
14) Much higher taxation on "unhealthy" living.
15) Removal of religion / ideologies from institutions that deal with education / minors. Those sorts of choices should be personal and at 16+ or 18+.

It's not actually mandatory for a person to make their positions on everything conform to seating arrangements in a French parliament centuries ago. "Left or right" as a single choice that your position on everything must conform to is a false dichotomy. There's nothing wrong in choosing your own position on each issue. Rather the opposite, in my opinion - I think it's what people should do.
 
I don't know how people can restrain themselves to just three issues. I keep on thinking of more things that I'd want to address. Here's a few more.

1) Create a state owned wind turbine company and heavily invest in on and offshore wind. I'd want to see something like 75% of our power generated by wind within the next 10 years.
2) Launch an investigation into the value for money of in-work benefits vs a true living wage from working. There shouldn't be people working 16 hour weeks at the expense of the state, or not being afford to live while working full time without handouts.
3) I'd want to tackle the obesity problem we face. I think I'd start with getting a report on options, but I'd be taking aim at takeaway services and food delivery companies.

Bit of a con, only 14 but you fooled the mugs by claiming 15 ;)
 
1. Anyone who refuses to work unless it’s a physical medical condition or illness should be sterilised. As bums breed bums.
2. Make all retailers to shut on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. People coped well for years.
3. Over 75s should not vote. As they can’t do jury due to diminishing responsibility. Same applies to voting. Plus get people who vote for a party because her late husband voted for them. He died 25 years ago.
 
House developers should increase the size of garages. Most cars don’t fit them. My parents car they have they can park into their garage but can’t open the door to leave the car.
