Solar panel production figures

Ok thanks guys, I'm already with them for SEG and have an export MPAN etc so hopefully it'll be fairly quick. Oddly enough when I signed up for it today I still had to enter my export MPAN and upload the DNO form and MCS number though, despite already having export with them.

Advantageous that my more westerly setup will start to favour the evening peak hours for export too.

With a little luck when I switch back to Go for the winter maybe they'll forget to change the export back lol
I had a seg with them on the 4.1p and got moved to intelligent outgoing within 2 days even though my smart meter wasn't connected up, I applied for flux on Monday (despite my move to octopus from sainsburys being Tues) and am currently sat on the we're connecting your smart meter stage so hopefully I'll be moved fairly quickly.
Terrible weather today, but finally filled the battery at 16:30, somehow generated 18.2 and exported 0.9kWh, forecast was 9.2kWh. I haven't charged the battery from the grid since Saturday morning, used some grid over Saturday night until the sun came up on Sunday and been grid free since
26.35 here, export of 4 but didn't charge the batteries as been at home and run a load of stuff as well as put some into the car after 6. Same as you've I've been grid free all week and charged the car enough in between. Exported 40kwh too. Glad I'm on the 15p Rate now.

Speaking of Flux - to those of you that have switched, how long did it take for them to move you over out of interest?
Happened within hours for import. Maybe a day or two for export.

Even with my system I'm going to be doing better in export than would be worth for an ev but also I have 0 interest in an ev at the moment regardless of cost.

Me to, currently 5kW of generation.

The Victron system has a time to go for when discharging, but not for charging, so I built my own. Although its based on power at that moment in time, it doesn't average over a period, but it gives me a rough idea.

The text will also show discharging time to go as well.

Im sat here, looking at blazing sunshine and only pulling 1.2kwhs from it as its gone past the best angle for production. If only i was facing 20deg further to the right, i would prob be still pulling 2 or maybe 2.5kw from it grrrrrr

also checked the back roof and its not good for solar at all as it just faces to much north……further options need exploring.

But we are still looking at 20kwh plus today, so not all bad.

Yeah likewise - been in the garden all day and lovely morning, cloudy lunch and lovely evening. Still we've passed 30kwh today already, so not bad - still annoying as I have my eyes on the 40kwh club.... ;)

You'll get there, won't be long now, you just need a day of sunshine - you had 38kWh back at the end of March, given a full day of sun you'll smash 40kWh's.

I'm eyeing 50kWh as the next milestone, and a 1000kWh in a month :D

Just finishing up on 27 or so. Big usage today with pressure washer, ovens going for baking and cleaning with car charging. Leading to only 45% in the battery. But should get back up to 100 tomorrow. Flux should be active within the next day or 2 hopefully, now it's getting readings.

20.6 today after 18.7 yesterday

week total of 130kwh which when I compare to December I only managed just over 80 for the whole month!

Target is another 300 for the month, so need 13 per day for the rest of the month. If the weather keeps up like this the target should be a breeze. Although the longer range forecast isnt that great
