Solar panel production figures

Yeah, think im going to have to go down another route, before I was keeping track via the IDH for smart meter but obviously thats not possible anymore lol.

I think your fine for days figures etc, but looking at snapshots of specific times are iffy

Solax only gather data for usage every 5 minutes, which can be somewhat misleading since it appears to be just a point of time for trending (not an average) etc
I assume most are the same since its already a lot of data

Yeah your GE chart is showing gaps so your inverter is definitely losing connectivity to the internet.

Doesn't mean that it's not working fine behind the scenes mind, anything it's got saved to do, it will carry on doing it even without internet.

Loss of connectivity just feeds into the stat collection acting weird more than anything, unless your wifi dongle is faulty you will likely need to solve that to troubleshoot better. If you can run an ethernet lead for a bit it might be worth adding one, at least rule out the wifi.

My inverter can only do wifi as it's the g1 hybrid version.

yeah it can, was unaware at the start otherwise I would have ordered in cabling and a bigger network switch before they got here.

I thought the hardwire ports were for between the aio and gateway.

13.6 for me so far today, 13.5kw battery is up to 61%, big 8 hour gap in portal data from 2am to 10am and is being more temperamental than usual.

Edit
Odd, portal is saying 13.5kw battery is at 61% and charge today is 9.50kw and there has been more than enough sun production to cover home usage.

You would think with how much this stuff costs there would be some kind of internal storage for readings to send off.

had to call up installer today, scaffolding went down yesterday and we noticed this today.

Don't have a complete before and after but solar is the only thing that has required scaffolding since cladding was done a couple months ago and you acn see a nice scrape mark and half way from damage and bottom of picture there is another white scratch mark.

Edit, ending today on 19kw for yield and GE reporting 17.8kw after it travels and whatnot.

the hole in the cladding and edited for production since sun has gone bye bye :(

July has been really temperamental

Since the 19th solax has reported a yield of 110.50kwh and GE 100.4 with only 19 being exported (Not really charging battery overnight since still with EON and waiting for handover package from installer)

22.7kWh today, so the best day since 13th July. We managed to export a decent amount for the first time since we got onto Flux export - 12.5kWh and 1kWh during the peak rate.

That means electricity for today was -£1.74.

Better late than never!

As for the month, we're on 465kWh. April, May and June were 517 597 and 650kWh so there's an outside chance it could be worse than all of them. Need to average 10.4kWh a day to beat April.

7.4 at welsh towers……just 5 days left to get near aprils 328, we only on 278 at the moment for july.

may was 508
june was 481

Yeah July has been shocking for sun.

So far I am on 389kwh and its the 26th of the month.

June 553, May 488, April 464.

So unless we get a good few days (and looking at the weather looks like not) I am not even going to beat April either.
