Some Belinea 102035W 20" Pics

Just got mine ! :D

Nice monitor, I had a 17" viewsonic vp171b before and the panel is as good imho. The viewsonic had a few more tricks like a far better stand etc, but all in all im impressed.

ZOMG! Widescreen gaming is uba!

ok, i can live with I think not sure on the overall quality of image compared to my old hitachi lcd. more testing required. What I do know is My 6800Gt can't cut the mustard anymore at 1600x1050 setting on high i get 30 fps, get 60+ @1280x1024 .

Just got mine today. My eyes cant take it all in :)
Its nice but i need to do some adjustments.
Had a run round the game I play and its loads better than my 19" CRT, look s brighter and more colourful. There was a small amount of ghosting but I had not installed the drivers or messed with any settings, that was right out the box. I presume the drivers will help sort out any problems, Hopefully anyway.

There is a small amount of backlight bleed but its not noticable at all apart from when she boots up and you have a totally black screen.

After i asked Baddass for a gaming 19 inch screen i carried on looking through the forums and found this and reading what people had put about it I decided bugger it lets go widescreen. Cheers all for the advise. :)

what drivers are they ?

I just went on the Website

Then right click the .inf file and "save as" Then read the "read me" on the page on how to install.
The disk that comes with the screen does not have the drivers on it. Strange.

wow  that looks amassing mikeh501 just ordered mine last night, what GFX card you using? i only have a 9800 pro at the moment but this monitor is only the start of a complete upgrade for my pc

hmm its kind of annoying really worth swaping for another?

It's not so long ago people were saying TFT's were crap compared to CRT's and if you were into gaming, then 4:3 was the only way...idiots!

That looks amazing and I can not wait to get some high res widescreen gaming action going!

Im using a 6800GT (asus model) with DVI connection and I play a Day of Defeat source which is a HL2 game. I use 1600x1050 and I have not seen a decrease in FPS from when I swapped over to this screen this afternoon. I posted a picture ingame and if you look you can see my FPS in the bottom right hand corner. Maybe its something else.

Do you notice a difference on the Belinea, one with DVI and the other with VGA?

Not rly tbh. Possibly the DVI is slightly better, but you'd have to be examining it soooo close...

The diff I found (could be wrong) is that the one connected via analogue has the auto butto turned off in the OSD, and I cant reenable it. Im putting it down to being on analogue.

You have the creative t6060 speakers? What equaliser settings sound best to you? Have you got an x-fi card too?

I have the same speakers but in built 7.1 on my mobo, as for eq I just use the presets on wmp, usually have headphones in but when i play thru the speakers i just shove the bass high an vol high an its all good
