I personally would have gone for the i3 build if you were going to definately add a GPU (it came to the same price roughly as the AMD build). I did say this earlier........

That would be a good base for an intel setup (note the wifi inc) HOWEVER you would need to add a GPU. As I said a 2nd hand 1GB 460 would be good if you could find one (£50ish). The AMD A10 APU is gaming capable and you can add a GPU later for better performance.
