I took him up Alsager's bank, guy was blown away, I said you want to drive it back as it was obvious he was a true enthusiast and very genuine plus he had shown me his license and insurance cover. He was like I don't need too and I was like nah come on want you to be sure.

Which goes to show most people know when they see and passenger in a good solid car. :)
He has got home, mailed me saying he is over the moon.
 
I really, really liked the SVR. I’m jealous of the new owner, what a drive home.

I’m going to have one in the next few years. I gather they did some updates 2017+ onwards, particularly with the infotainment system.

So 2020 F-Type R looks to be pretty epic, comes in yellow too and at under 100k seems good value! :D






Seems like they made some decent improvements, even on the outgoing SVR.

My question is though maybe the supercharged 444BHP model at 70k in RWD is the one to get then just add a tune and smaller pulley. :D

Can see the older V8 models taking a hammering in price in a few months time, maybe older SVR's for mid 40k. :eek:
