I picked mine up from O2 this afternoon (went for the green), got it on refresh and I'm only paying £32.50\month granted I'm only getting 1Gb data but I don't think I've ever used more than that!!

Bit strange as in my box there was a cable, instructions, headphones and the phone... no screen protector or wall plug :(

Did you find it warming up if using WiFi? I certainly found maybe the top 3rd of the phone warming up when downloading\installing all my apps with WiFi enabled.
I'm coming from an s4 and, ok I used a rubber case with a hard shell, I only ever felt that warm when messing around with fallout shelter

i really need to know how the camera deals with white light, my z3c basicly cannot deal with light in the background and completely ruins a picture if its bright out.

Its hard to explain hopefully some fellow z3 owners can understand
 
this light was in m mode with all setings auto etc 20mp.

the light is from a doorway the sun wasn't shining through it it was just brighter outside than in.I need a camera to be much better than this in my trade as I use my phone for everything

You'll need to manually adjust exposure in those conditions on most cameras. All cameras prefer light to be coming from behind it.

I know exactly what you mean... the Z3 deals with direct high dynamic range worse than any camera i've ever owned. Shame because the rest of the phone is perfect. My 6P is on its way.
 
Can I ask what the screen is like, the way I use a phone has changed with it mostly being used for taking photos, watching films in bed and YouTube and browsing
 
Exactly the same screen as the Z3, though it has to be noted that when I checked it out at 3 Store just now, the white balance was warmer out of the box compared to what tthe Z3s are, so it looks like Sony have tweaked the colours slightly on the Z5.

The Z5 feels nicer in the hand over to Z3 too, the matte bezel and back add a nice premium stealthy feel. I checked out the green demo model which looked really nice in the flesh.

The fingerprint scanner was disabled in the demo model though, which is a shame as I wanted to play around with that.

The volume buttons being lower down didn't seem like an issue to me, still easily usable.

Ahh must go check my local three store although its a small one and see If they have demo units.

Anyone know If CPW has demo units yet? My local ones only small so just dummys but might go to the larger one.
 
im due for an upgrade, is the z5 premium that much better? i cant see it been leaps and bounds over the z5, i can get the z5 now or wait till z5p is out.. whats everyone's thought on their z5 up to now?
