Am I the only one who can't get into the last few seasons?

Right now it feels as though the show tries to be insulting / on the edge because we've come to expect that. But it doesn't feel funny any longer, I can watch older episodes and still laugh - the last 2 - 3 seasons (particularly the last 2) I've been pretty much straight faced... to the point I sometimes switch it off? :o
 
I'm a mixed bag of judgement - the episodes don't make me rofl in my pants like some of the older ones, but they do have some superb little moments i.e. Cartman on Mr Garrison's desk and "this is against tradition" etc etc.

I've got no desire to stop watching yet :)
 
The new seasons arnt as funny because there not focusing on the main characters much anymore, just once in awhile they do which are the good eps while others with new characters and usually world events based on usually suck.

Ill always watch it tho as its entertaining while a lot arnt as funny as it used to be.
 
I only find a few episodes from each season genuinely funny, and this season is no different, agreed, the dull ones have funny moments, but are just not memorable enough. Human Centipad was the best for me.
 
I liked it, any episode that features this much of Cartman doing vile despicable things gets 3 thumbs up from me! :D And it managed to sneak in a little bit of social critique as well, so you don't need to feel like a completely useless chump for sitting around watching cartoons in the middle of the week! :p
