South Park

I think South Park kind of loses it when it tries to go off on a tangent to be funny. Unfortunately it does that far to often, it tries to hard.

The best episodes are when it makes fun of popular trends and fads in a simple but funny way.

Human CentiPad got a few laughs from me, the last two have been awful though.
 
I'd say that even at its worst South Park is better than the average Seth Macfarlane show! :p But yeah, when they get it right they REALLY get it right! I'd say the Imaginationland episodes a few years back was the smartest and most incisive social commentary of the previous decade. And I'd say it with a totally straight face too - no other comedy managed to capture all the fear and paranoia that characterised the 00s.
 
The Eps have been good, but not up to their normal high standards - the first has been the best so far, but its a simple formula:

More Cartman = More Funny.

1st Ep had a good amount and the Cartman / Cartman's Mum dialogue was brilliant.

2nd / 3rd Ep = next to no Cartman, well none in the 3rd, and one of the best bits of the 2nd was him tempting the Germans with Kyle in German lol

half agree with this, lastest family guy episodes are complete rubbish, struggling to laugh even once during the lastest one, apart from the "i like to experiment" quip....but i do find that American dad is keeping fairly consistant, season 15 of south park hasn't been great but still funny moments
 
Haha that clip is great. Hopefully this will be a great episode.

I watched Mr Jefferson last night, such a good ep :) When he breaks into the bedroom dressed as peter pan!
 
I thought it was pretty funny. Better than the Funnybot episode but I agree none have been amazing this season.

Still one of the best shows on Tv. Bobs burgers is great aswell.

But you have to remember Southpark has been going a looooong time now.
