Why are these bottom feeders throwing bricks at a mosque when we don't know the religion of the culprit, but considering they're family is from Rwanda and have moved to the UK, they were mostly likely Christian?
Because social media told them it was probably a Muslim boat immigrant before any other information was available and that's what's stuck

Facts are irrelevant now, whatever they may be. A rumour has taken off on social media and that's all it takes.

There is local violence every summer if it is warm. The deaths of these poor girls is the excuse for these idiots this time. Duggan was another excuse. Weve had one here because a dog got run over.

The police gave that rumour the chance.

I know they need to get information correct, and that takes time, but they need a way of stopping those rumours taking off by saying they are false.

Problem is, the trust is gone and people no longer listen to or believe what they say.

These people give don't care about the actual suspect, they are just ****** off at being fobbed off.

Labour gained Southport with an increase of 1.5% ish swing. They won because the conservative vote collapsed and the reform support surged. Make of that what you will about the people of that town.

I don't know how old people are here, and I wasn't that political myself back then. But a lot of these mental health issues happened when the government of the day closed a lot of the in patient mental health services. As a result people with mental health issues were pushed out into the community, and many felt they weren't getting the same level of treatment. It was called "Care in the community".

I think it was a policy done by the Thatcher government (Reagan in the US did the same with the same consequences).

I remember people were very concerned at the time. It was a mile stone policy change.

I think it was more done to save money rather than the virtue of closing down institutions.
