Spanish Grand Prix 2010, Circuit de Catalunya - Race 5/19

Anywhere taking bets that the FIA will ban Ferrari's blown wing device because it involves taking hands off the wheel? :p

Banned, no.
Hopefully they change it so that the driver can keep one hand on the wheel at all times though.

EJ saying that quite often you see the drivers after the race taking both hands off the wheel to celebrate - true, but they don't celebrate at 190mph - they go into fuel save mode and crawl around the lap.

Don't forget that when drivers celebrate, they take both their hands off the steering wheel and hold them above their heads, well clear of the steering wheel.

What Alonso is doing is taking his hands off the wheel, for about 1 second at a time. And even when he has no hands on the wheel, his left hand is never more than 2-3 cm away from it.

I wonder if Rosberg will ask for the old car back for Monaco?

didnt rosberg try another radical setup aparently

it takes force to turn wheels that are in motion with traction believe it or not but wheels dont want to turn

you can do no hands on a push bike aslong as you are going fast enough for the bike to stay stable
