Are all 2.0 GT TDI Golfs post-July 06 the 170BHP versions or did they still do the 140BHP version as well?

- 23k miles
- 3 months manufacturer warranty remaining + 12 months RAC Warranty

They weren't going to budge as it's quite a low price for it already, there was certainly not a lot around to beat it, and this was from a Renault Dealer as well. Only point of concern is that the CS3's looked like they'd need changing within 2011 so I'll need to shop around for new tyres at some stage.
Questions:
CS3 for the win or switch to something else for cheaper e.g. Goodyear F1 Assymetric? Where's best to buy tyres?
When I change insurance company how long do you have to prove your no claims (assuming you have to send something off) or are insurance companies clever and do it amongst themselves?

I'm in the same boat but with a budget of £13k at max, sub 40k
It's not easy and been looking at Golf GTi, too expensive for 2007 onwards, same with the 130i
