5 quid for this meter seems really good. Comes with wires and seems decent quality- http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00AWPSVB8?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

On 3 AAA eneloops cartridge it reads 4.2 volts and 3 amps. Not sure if thats right but the nitecore 18650 2600mah reads 5.3 A and 4.1v
A really old Panasonic cgr18650af from a broken laptop battery give 3.7v and 3.5 amps
Thats using DCA and DCV, hopefully thats correct, not sure about the rest of the settings on there like ohms

Yesterday I dropped my D80 onto concrete in a tunnel. It was from about waist height and it fell head first.

Absolutely no damage I can see and it continued to work... Not only is it a bargain but it lives up to its specs!

I kind of prefer using my L2T SS though because it's more versatile and has a belt clip.

Anyone know of belt clips for hosts like the D80 keeping in mind that the D80 rear cap will lose connection with the battery even if you unscrew the cap a tiny bit, meaning I can't use slot in clips that go between host and rear cap?

Also got mine the other day, tested against the GFs maglite and it just makes the maglite look a joke and no doubt much cheaper too. Also feels better built!

Since my UltraFire WF-502B is now starting to fail, can any of you knowledgeable folk please recommend me a new little led torch? I'm currently looking at the 2200 LM CREE XM-L T6 from here http://www.amazon.co.uk/Zoomable-Modes-Flashlight-Battery-chargers/dp/B00LFC2FQO#Ask

It ticks all my boxes but just wandering if there are others out there that are better that I'm not aware of but for around the same price?

Not looking for expensive Fenix etc

After a recommendation on here I got a Lucky Sun D80. It takes the same batteries as the one you linked to on Amazon and looks like a similar size.

Took just over 20 days for delivery so if you need it quickly that may be an issue. I have another 2 on the way for members of my family who were impressed when I showed them.
