For the extra £9, you should get the 650W G2. There's really nothing about it that isn't better than the Super Flower one you selected. You do not need 750W.

pc is ordered, how should the fans and psu be setup, where should the be quiet rad go (front or top), what fan configurations should I go for, I'm thinking of the following setup

rad at top pushing air out of case
2 front fans pulling air info case
1 rear fan pushing air out of case
psu fan facing upwards

That would equal negative pressure, you want positive pressure ideally. So more intake than exhaust basically. Usually PSU fan is facing outwards of case.

OK well put that up front, on intake, rear fan on exhaust. PSU doesn't matter in respect to air flow, I usually have outwards though, otherwise that hot air is being dumped in your case.

Just have them on intake at bottom, presuming that's filtered.
