Its really out of my depth now, that mobo isnt ATX factor make sure its compatible with your case...

@Infernox, can you run the CPU test quickly of Cinebench 11.5
im on my macbook now not the desktop, why do you need this?
Just wanted to see what you got, then I could tell you what a 3930K gets at stock and overclocked.
Found a site with Cinebench scores, the i7 920 (stock speed is 2.66GHz) gets around 4.9
The 3930K bangs out 9.2'ish at stock, 11.3'ish at 4Ghz.
