Who says there is 4 bad guys?
It's hinted at in the trailer, besides doc oc and the goblin theres hints of electro, the lizard and possibly sandman. Some tube vids are saying as much as 6 bad guys.

Who says they are all bad guys though? And some could just be small parts too.
Well they were in previous iterations so that's the assumption. Though doc more or less redeemed himself at the end of his first outing so maybe that plays a part in this.

They already opened that can of worms in End Game, it's quite clever because they can just bring back anyone they want because multiverse without having to retcon it

I think it's cheap if anybody who died comes back permanently but if they go back to their own universe then it'll be cool
Nothing to stop them staying in an alternate universe, unless they come up with some reason.

Why would you want to stay in a universe that wasn't your own, everything is different to what you know so unless that universe was doomed or really crap surely you'd want back ?
Maybe someone who was dead in their universe is alive in an alternate one? Could be a lot of reasons, who's in power etc.
I left a link to a review I liked about it but it contained some f bombs so it got delete.
The film could be good but it also could be a vapid pile of <insert bad word here>, hard to say from the promotional video they have released. Going by other phase four films it is going to be bad very bad.
