That's a decent lead time from the sound of it.just put down a deposit for my installation in september
4-way multi split - 12kw internal and 10kw external
£6.5k all inclusive
also putting all the pipework in the loft so it shouldn't look too hideous externally

Fingers crossed it goes well!the installer says that their shipment of multi-split systems are being delivered in the next fortnight...so hopefully no delays

thankfully, the system also heats as well as cools, so i can use it regardless...and cheaper than central heating with 8p/kwh leccyExcellent, it’ll rain non stop after. In the same way that we got all our gutters repaired and it didn’t rain again![]()

yeah the installer did say about needing a pump. tbf i already have a fan on my solar inverter running, so it probably isn't a biggie.Nice. I was put off with pipework in the loft as it needs a pump running which can add noise.
samsung cebu s2Which brand are you getting installed? Price and size looks the same as mine.
samsung
oh do you have links?Hmm Samsung I see pop up a lot on Reddit and not recommended.

The condensing unit will still have to sit somewhere outside.
oh damn fair enough, guess i will ask the installer when they come round for the site visit
the installer also does LG, haier, daikin and mitsubishi so i'll ask them, i don't mind paying a bit more or downsizing the A/CJust worth doing some comparisons. I'm not sure if we have anyone on here with Samsung but maybe they could comment.

(the 10kw spec was a bit much the installer said...he was actually recommending 8kw for my property)
