***SPOILERS*** Football 11th-13th Dec '10

Arsenal were there for the taking tonight, shame we only managed one :(

Ah well top of the table, puts Wenger's lot in their place yet again so it's all good

tbh no wonder Arsenal trying and walk it in because they cant shoot for toffee, some of the shots from 20 yards awful, I could have done better

What I noticed with Arsenal fans is they are so loyal to the manager, maybe its about time they start booing or saying things like " you dont know what you doing". I do like Wenger but it always seems one step forward then two steps back Thank god I not an Arsenal fan I wouldn't have any hair left !!!!

If United beat Chelsea at the weekend they will be 6 points ahead of them and with a game in hand  :D

Give our record there I doubt that will happen. I'd take a draw right now. Having said that we are due a win there.....

Also, is it just me or do Arsenal have no width? Both Nasri and Walcott play very narrow, and look to cut inside rather than cross.

Admittedly there's not a lot of height in the box, but it makes them pretty easy to counter.

Solid if unspectacular, lost count of how many chances we had to put that away but I guess it wouldn't be United if we didn't keep it interesting...

Anderson and Rooney ran their socks off tonight, 3rd important game in a row that I've thought Anderson could be MOTM. Park and Nani worked very hard as well but could have done with better decision making from both. Back 4 was almost flawless, Rafael has come on leaps and bounds since Fergie made him no.1 and started playing him regularly.

Poor performances from both sides and the officials.

Not sure how you could say that? It was one of United's best performances this season, though it was nerve-wracking to watch Arsenal never caused any real problems despite the amount of possession we let them have and we should have scored at least one on the counter.

We have no wingers at our club! Chamakh is the only one that 'supposedly' has aerial talent so we don't have much to aim at. Sagna and clichy are usually the ones that put the crosses in, meaning we're usually there for the taking on the counter!

With a boat load of bitter ;)

Expected loss really. Too many of our players were missing today and we did **** all with our possession. I don't think we even came close to troubling VdS one bit. When all we can muster is a few terrible shots from Arshavin we're going to struggle.
