Actually, to be fair, I do think players get away with murder in the way they talk to refs in football. I'd have no problems with Fabregas or Wenger getting punished if they applied the same rules across the board (haha I know, I know, the FA being even-handed, I slay me), as its no doubt an unneccesary extra pressure to their decision-making at the time.

However, in response, I'd hope the FA would use the review process to realise just how bloody useless Lee Mason was last night.

In full agreement, there needs to be something put in place whereby a player mouthing off and swearing is yellow carded imo, the Respect campaign was a joke.

My post was a dig at the Arsenal fans that crucified Rooney the other week for doing it and then all of a sudden it's ok when Goldenboy Fabregas does it.

It was Rafael that got the real grief on here.....I think from Arsenal fans :)

but when Goldenboy Cesc does it, its TOTALLY different :D
 
Moaning about players talking to the ref is as pointless as moaning about diving, 99% of players do it, and it's never going away
 
Just to update: The FA have confirmed the referee has made no mention of any abuse to the officials from Cesc Fabregas and will be taking no action over the allegations from Moyes.

Well, I'm shocked

Im absolutely astounded:eek::p...why hasnt he been reported as Moyes keeps yapping on about it??...oh yeh thats right because the ref felt that Fabregas probably didnt say anything that 'disgusting';)....sour grapes from a manager who should really know better;).

Especially the amount of times you see him mouthing off at refs .. Didn't he also invade the pitch at Old Trafford shouting and swearing when the whistle was blown once?

Looks like Chelsea have confirmed that Torres will debut for Chelsea against Liverpool on Sunday, and Suarez looks set to play for Liverpool. Oh boy !! Thats going to be an awesome game ! Looking forward to it.

If Torres scores and then kisses the Chelsea badge there will be mayhem on the pitch, the fans will be over the hoardings like orcs from Lord of the Rings :D

Suarez is going to make his debut tonight it looks like
 
Put some bets on the football today, so while I'm at Fulham it should make the other games more interesting. Kakuta/Gudjohnsen are likely to be on the bench apparently.
