Arsenal were the better side. There were only two genuine penalty shouts in the game, the vidic handball and the owen foul. United didn't create any meaningful attempts on goal, that is why they lost not due to the decisions.

They planned to drop capacity to 60k, but I'm not sure if that was scrapped or not in order to win the bid. If not, it's 80k.
