Arsenal really need a new CB or two because even from them highlights Kos or Squillaci or both were all over the place. Fabianski didnt look too great either compared to Schwarzer who kept Fulham in the game.
 
I can't remember who said it here but he got the head on the nail. A player's worth as much as club's prepared to pay for him. And sometimes the buyer gets ripped off, and by looking around sometimes he gets an absolute bargain. Both things are really subjective.

I dont support anyone properly in all honesty, apart from my small local team.

I use the term support to mean attend regular games, and contribute financially to the club...

Having said that, Im a big fan of the new Man UTD team with the youngsters coming through. Ive been an admirer of Rafael for ages.

In addition though I have been loving the way spurs have been attacking this season also, but Id never have the cheek to call myself a fan.

I don't know if you were watching the highlights but neither Koscielny or Squillaci are BLACK. :p

Also, by far the best two goals in the Goal of the Month on MotD were by Bolton. Bolton. Outstanding they were too. Crying shame they're probably going to have to sell in January.
 
So what did Howard actually do wrong in the Anelka challange - Anelka didnt even try and go around TH, just tried to charge straight through him (and blatantly not following the ball - Howard didnt move a muscle from the MotD replays)

I was going to ask earlier when it was on. Anelka doesn't look like he makes any effort to do anything but pop the ball right and run into Howard. He doesn't even try and shoot, run around him, anything :S

Not usre he's worth that much and it took him a season to settle. He didn't even get much of a game for the first year. Lescott was preferred as a left back.

He's solid enough now but I'd be amazed if anyone went over 10 for him.

Sale of the decade. 24 million with a player with a knee so bad it didn't pass the everton medical. We only bought him on knock down because he couldn't pass the medical.

Time after time I said on here he was a liability as a center def. Pushing too far forward out of postion and relied too heavily on his pace to get him out of trouble rather than his brain.

A good player for a team like us but certainly no top 4 player.
