***SPOILERS*** Football 4th-6th Dec '10

Bet it feels good to be a baggies fan atm.:)

Think thats the first time i watched them this season, the plaudits they've been getting are well deserved. Well impressed with the odd ball collection of players mateo has assembled to play up top, all willing runners, all effective in their off the ball movement, they were terrorising newcastles defense with their collective and individual play.

Just as good were the guys playing behind them, brunt, morrison... solid ball players, breaking it down, droping solid balls to the final third, for the collective misfit to do their thing.

Credit to the manager, totally different team/ethic to the one that played forest last year.... great game to watch.

No idea but Mancini seemed to laugh it off. I think its because Tevez wants to win and score all the time so he isnt happy when he gets taken off knowing Mancini is doing it to put a 'defensive' player on instead of scoring more goals. I am sure tomorrows Daily Mail etc will run a story on how Tevez tried to run him over in his Q7 or something :rolleyes:

Not usre he's worth that much and it took him a season to settle. He didn't even get much of a game for the first year. Lescott was preferred as a left back.

He's solid enough now but I'd be amazed if anyone went over 10 for him.
Sale of the decade. 24 million with a player with a knee so bad it didn't pass the everton medical. We only bought him on knock down because he couldn't pass the medical.

Time after time I said on here he was a liability as a center def. Pushing too far forward out of postion and relied too heavily on his pace to get him out of trouble rather than his brain.

Lescott has a bad knee? I always wondered why he looked like he was hobbling when he was running :D
24m was ott but yesterday when Teddy Toure got injured he played magnificently well...and he has performed solidly in Europa etc. Not worth 24m but 24m is nothing to us :cool:

Torres was named in the starting 11 but his wife's just gone into labour. Torres needs to take a leaf out of Barnes' book; he was a pundit the other week while his wife went into labour and he chose to stay for the rest of the game.
 
Yeah we are but this is what MNF is like according to guys at work they will spend total 10 mins talking about us and rest of time about other teams
 
I predict that unfortunately babel will do his usual get given the start he moans for and then plays crap and will whine saying he needs a string of games.
