Rose, although partly at fault for the goal (probably harsh given what he was up against) had another great game.
Oh you're joking Stoke are in Europe?
Hahah, no rough play in Europe what are they going to do?
just so frustrating to watch; bags of possession but just clueless. is vdv the problem? the system just doesn't work. need a clear out of all our strikers imo and build around vdv and modric. sandro does look good, wish i could say the same about pienaar who is a waste of space.
Thats fifth sealed then.
Assuming your a 'Pool fan your welcome to it. Thursday night football is some far eastern country isn't an inticing prospect.
That'll do me.![]()
Van der Vaart isn't the problem, it's clueless Crouch that is the problem, hasn't offered us a lot since November time apart from aimless headers.
It didn't do Everton any good to be in Europe a few seasons ago, it just meant their players were more tired for the Premier League, due to having a fairly small squad.
It is amazing progress for Stoke to be in Europe, but don't be fooled, it isn't like the big boys being there, who have 2 or 3 teams worth of Premier League contenders so they can play an under 16 side to beat the dross of the league and play their big guns in the real matches.
and city can do one with their nicked celebration aswell
Yeah because Fulham had a massive squad the year they nearly won it?
Dream on. That was a fluke. Long throw ins won't get you far in Europe. The refs won't allow the player impeding the goalkeeper.
might be worth you checking out the yellow card and fouls count when the rugby team beat Arsenal.
Say what you like about Stoke, they are very hard to beat...they might go quite a long way in the Europa Cup
