Lol , another they only believes what they read in the paper
I've seen them play. They aren't Europe standard, by any stretch of the imagination.

Who do you support, and what's "Europe" standard?
A ring of onions round their necks and a stripey t shirt?
How many times have you seen them play?
Everton haven't managed that feat since, they overachieved as they have done for a few years under a good manager, with limited funds, and playing a bland level of football, with an emphasis of substance over style.
A few. Admittedly on TV, but they don't have the quality about them to compete in Europe. They will be embarrassed, like Everton where. Sorry.
Assuming your a 'Pool fan your welcome to it. Thursday night football is some far eastern country isn't an inticing prospect.
Assuming your a spurs fan? Too big for the Europa league now are we?
You mean like the comments from Liverpool fans when they were in it two seasons ago?
A'thankyou...them amazing people predicting we'd flop after 08/09
Not really, it's an accepted practice and even United do it with Hernandez (although given his size that is more so he can pounce on loose balls). And Stoke are hardly angels when it comes to set pieces, do you remember in the FA Cup semi-final how that 'hole' in the wall appeared?Lol , another they only believes what they read in the paper

True enough, Arsenal used to be a bit like Stoke with Adams and company, and now they're, well... Arsenal.
