I have a corsair force gt 120gb ssd which was booting windows a bit slower than I would have liked (benchmarks were just fine though). I also had another pc with an ocz agility 3 60gb that started windows faster. After some trial and error I found out it was AVG 12.0 which was slowing down my boot. Uninstalled it and installed avast instead and now boot speed is what I was expecting. So if you have an ssd which isn't booting windows as fast as you'd like and have AVG installed then you could give this a try :)

ahah yes it finishes. then goes straight to login screen w/o hanging. I think my systems quite fast enough tbh xD minus the misaligned partition issue.

Do a reboot and remember when the windows animation finishes, uninstall avg and try again, should be much quicker. Avast doesn't slow it down at all, or microsoft security essentials which I just tried.

Running avg here and corsair Gt 60gb,no slow bootups at all, with 25gb free space, download bootracer and post times

start up programs are

anti virus (now microsoft security essentials)
evga precision
asrock extreme tuner
nvidia drivers
