1.11?![]()

Mine is 1.22.
Do you have the new Vertex 2e, old Vertex 2e or the original Vertex 2?
Well I ordered the Vertex 2E off the OcUK website?
This is what I ordered

Happy to do that to flash and delete it after, any instructions about?
Thanks

Thanks for that, can I just whip out the drive pop it in a USB caddie and flash that way? Rather than installing W7 on a partition
Mart
Yes, I'm pretty sure you can, as long as the OS you're running is windows.

woohoo, my MBP just arrived. But I dont have a screwdriver small enough to take the back screws off, DOH!
Oh well.....HDD it is for a while.
Not a good start...
The 'c' key is really unresponsive, and doent usually work when typing normally, I have to press quit firmly to make it type.
I thought these Macbooks were meant to be built well![]()
They are built well, but no more well built any other high end laptops, faults do happen. Sorry dude, they are pretty quick at collecting though. If you say you want a replacement they usually deliver the new one and collect the old on the same day.I just booted into my Boot Camp partition which is on my normal HDD and run the Firmware updater tool but it didn't find my SSD. Boo.

*snip*
I'll do another after I install a few things on there and it settles down a bit.
