So I posted about the stutter video on r/nvidia and the mods it after people started discussing the issue. I wonder if GSC or Nvidia people spotted it and got the mods to remove it :rolleyes:

Wonder if like in Dead Space, disabling Core Isolation Integrity helps here?

Doubt it, Dead Space has traversal stutter on all systems regardless. Plus I don't have it enabled anyway and never have and still see traversal stutters in many UE4/5 games

@mrk I didn't know game had FSR3.1, that's a bit of a saving grace at least since it's upgradable and not too bad compared to FSR2+ (obviously DLSS still king)

I'll await feedback from the majority on the issue first, but it won't stop me playing it, just deciding if an upgrade is worth it or not for this issue. rx6600 here, but not fussed on above 1080p resolution.

Well we will know what's what from 2PM tomorrow when review embargo lifts. I do have to wonder though if that 2hour window was set for reasons like this, as most reviews come out on release day of the game, as opposed to a very very tight window like this.

Don't think I'd ever upgrade my GPU just for 1 game, but if your struggling with many games etc then sure

Never played a STALKER game but think I'll get a month's gamepass and see what it's like. Even if i like it I doubt i'll have time to be able to finish it in a month, so will just buy it.

I appreciate it's only a short video, but I didn't notice that much frame stutter going on. It certainly seems to be present, though.

No preload so can't download until 4pm when game releases
