Stalker Coin

except the manufactures still have the press/ CAD design for these coins and could knock out hundreds of them at will.

Also your's isn't official which is what matters to collectors.

Wrong,.................... what matters to a collector is the paperwork that goes with said item.

And what official paperwork is this?

I can give you my one-off plasticine copy of gordan freeman, along with a nice typed-up letter, I might even do a letterhead, and print the number 1/1 on it and the figurine. Then I can sign it to prove it's a one off. Apart from maybe some retard and nick aardman, no-one will want it, neither now or in the future.

Hell I'll make 100 of them, and give the 98 I haven't yet got a buyer for to said retards.

yes that says "this is an official coin from GSG"

Not one that says " this is a knock off made in china by some random guy called bob, and stating that it is not official and unaffiliated with the Stalker game, publisher or studio"

as if it did claim affiliation it would be infringement.

Don't talk rubbish.
Everything becomes "outdated", it just depends what value people place on things.

Going by that theory your coin will become outdated.

the originial anglepoise light has not become outdated, it cost stupid amounts back in the day but today you can find the exact same thing from argos/ikea for a fiver.

The bauhaus design movement has not become outdated.

What paperwork?

Isn't your Stalker coin just some useless metal designed by some nobody and pressed by some mass market production manufacturer. Therefore unique in no way possible as the designer/creator is not unique nor is the method used to create the item. As such its about worth as much as the metal its printed on.

Unless we have a major shortage of aluminium or whatever it is made out of in the future and is urgently needed to be melted down to be something useful that coin will have 0 value EVER!
