I bought the dlc from the ubisoft store, I see it says activation is automatic. probably being stupid but I don't see a way to access the dlc in game?!

* duh - just found the download button in the "owned dlc" section. guess I press that

You access it in the same menu you use to choose between the Aegis and the old Enterprise.

Thanks, it isn't an option yet but I can see that there's space for it.
Problem is that the dlc won't download, can't get past the failed to download message

Dunno mate, I got it on the steam store.

Hope you have better luck than me when you do eventually get it though. I can't even play it in VR, as it crashes on launch. Works fine in 2D and all my other VR games run ok...
Haven't been able to find a fix yet, though it seems to be a common unity engine related crash, going by the error log.

The biggest issue is that some of you may be actually competent at the game, which would lessen the absolute hilarity of things going wrong. Though I suppose you might get the the game a bit more easily

edit : a bit more digging suggest it works best on PCvr and to forget QuestVR.
i am determiuned to play this multiplayer at least once!

severs are still up as far as i know people still play its just very janky

Interesting. Like the sound of the multiple ship horde mode progressive missions they've added.

If only they or with the help of AI could figure out how to get a pvp model up and running, the number one request that Ubi Soft totally ignored. It's a game type that is possible, Iron Wolf did it.
