The grace period lasts until the 8th of February for us in the EU, as long as you enter a retail code by then you can carry on playing uninterrupted. With a few retailers both canceling and delaying orders i wouldn't be surprised if Cryptic extend the grace period by a couple of days, they're usually good that way. I don't know if they still do it but you used to even get a grace period when your subscription ran out each month lol.

Just had an email saying my copy is on its way.
Not a massive difference as far as I can tell. But I had more luck with looting in OB than in head start!
Try not to get too excited as recent form suggests the servers will melt down at some point tonight and you will be kicked indefinitely.

Servers are really good atm!
Hmmmm not my current experience ... cant get connected and if i do manage i get booted before the loading has finished
but i will keep trying and trying before it gets completely impossible when USA gets on

exactly! Last night things were ok up till about 8pm. After that it was still playable but with a few hints of lag. At 8:50 the servers came crashing down and we got booted out. Cryptic quoted maintenance as the reason for this outage but it doesn't add up. There was also no forewarning on the forums.
It would appear that their servers are stressed to capacity.
And, unless they beef up the hardware, it's probably only going to be worse tonight as retail hits today.
So, hence my original remark - don't get too excited. My fingers are crossed though, I would love to have a session tonight.
