Fleet bank is there to help yourself to - just try to put good stuff in too as you find it. I find that it can be a good way to setup your ship when you first level up - then as you find stuff replace it in the bank. Don't worry about it to much, we are pretty casual about it :)

You will need to level until you get more story missions. If you have done the Breen and Devidian (Eta Eridani) missions then patrol/exploration are all you can do until new story missions appear as you level.
 
They said season 3 should be here on the 9th. The Foundry had some significant bugs apparently - hopefully it will get here soon! I am waiting for the new sector space more than anything :)
 
Someone bought most of my anomalies yesterday - made about 8 million in the space on 1 day - not bad :p

Then made another 1.5 million this morning selling some more. Wish I had sold them for more now. They hadn't sold for months, then they all sold in the space of two days - kind of random?

Real economy? You mean a fee for listing on the exchange? Everything I have seen will not fix the problem of energy redit inflation in the game. The problem I see is that as soon as the exchange feee comes in zone chat is going to be spammed beyond belief.
 
It is online!?! Darn it, I am away until tomorrow evening. Feedback would be appreciated on the foundry though. Still waiting (impatiently) for season 3, but have started a new alt anyway with the Enterprise pack :D. Sold another 2 million worth of anomalies yesterday - who the hell are buying these things all of a sudden!

I disagree that Klingons are OP in PvP. They are just more coordinated as they ave had more practice.

I can't wait for season 3, it is going to be great. For those of you who haven't played in a long time, now is a great time to return. I have and am really enjoying it.

Cryptic are still designing missions. There is a Breen and Devidian series with another due in January. The Foundry will just help populate the galaxy a little more. Plus they have been busy with lots of other stuff, as you will see in Season 3 (due on the 9th December).
 
No idea. They have talked about opening up borders and redoing ground combat - I think we will still get the weekly series, but there will certainly be a focus now on the game mechanics.
 
According to the devs the new ground combat may not be too far away from tribble. The rumour mill is hard at work and saying that the new ground combat changes will be like a recent Champions Online mod which basically turned it in to a Mass Effect third person shooter. You auto target the guy nearest your targeting reticule and fight with WASD and mouse, left click being main weapon and right click being alternate fire. Certainly wouldn't complain if it was similar to the Mass Effect combat system!

lol, true, but they always seem to highlight something that I missed. Seasons 4 and 5 sound like they could bring a lot of changes to PvP, I just hope we don't have to wait for them. It has to be said, it is quite smart of them to bring in The Foundry (which they can add to in future) to let us design the missions while they work on the mechanics. I can see this game being very, very good in a years time. It is a shame everyone expect all of this at release in MMOs these days - sadly why many fail.

Yup :D - I certainly wasn't expecting them to do so much. Impatiently waiting for season 3 on Thursday - the game will probably be down for a good few hours while they patch it. Should all be ready by mid afternoon hopefully.
