Folks, where do you get this for £17? Not VPN malarkey is it? Never tried that before :\
Hmmmmmmmm pondering via logging directly into origon via mexico VPN?
SAFE? will I get banned?
[Damien];28985594 said:You'll probably not get banned but no guarantees. I did it via the VPN and it was pretty easy to do. ZenVPN trial worked fine. Just log into Mexican site, buy the game, then exit VPN and relog your origin client.
Job done.
Pretty much par for the course.
Back in BFBC2 players would purposely wait to switch to the winning side. That in itself epitomises what's wrong with the nature of gaming today, sheer ignorance, laziness, and the unwillingness to take on a challenge.
Back in the days of Quakeworld if you got your ass handed to you by a better player you didn't rage-quit, cheat, or swap teams, you showed them a modicum of respect by telling them 'well played' and you set about improving your own skills and tactics for the next encounter.
That was the challenge and that's what kept players engaged with game. Now it's all geared to the lowest common denominator so casuals can play the game with least amount of time and effort necessary so they feel they've got their monies worth, which robs the game of any depth, skill, and longevity. The sad state of gaming today.
Is the Mexican version of this game different to the UK version? I.e. which version will be associated with my Origin account?
Just to reassure you I brought BF4 season pass from mexican origin and it still works fine to this day.
Brought Battlefront from there the other day and you just install it at English (US) as usual and away you go.
Honestly I bet EA/DICE are just happy we are buying it at any price because its got pretty bad reviews.
I was debating getting at £17 everyone saying it's crap and not much replay ability factor... I'll leave it I think.
I can't remember a game running so well on Ultra on a wide range of hardware to be honest and it looks fantastic
